The Space & Layout 🏡
Our Beach Cottage is a fully private, detached home featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a comfortable family room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor lanai.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meals on your private outdoor lanai, where you can take in the tropical climate and listen to the local birds. (Note: This cottage is a standalone, detached home situated on a larger estate next to a main farmhouse. You will have your own private entrance and dedicated spaces).

Comfort & High-End Amenities ✨
Stay cool in the Hawaiian climate: each bedroom is equipped with a dedicated mini-split air conditioner and ceiling fan for comfortable sleeping, while the family room features a portable floor A/C unit. The kitchen is fully outfitted with premium appliances and quartz countertops, and the bathroom features beautiful modern subway tiles and marble floors.

We stock the home with all the beach essentials you need—towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and bodyboards—so you can pack light and just head to the sand.

As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, just a 3-minute drive (1 mile) from the estate.
